Liquid Cooling Chain

Cold plates remove GPU heat directly; the secondary loop exchanges heat via the CDU into the primary loop, reducing air-side heat exchange losses.

Direct-to-Chip

Heat is carried away by liquid at the chip level, reducing reliance on room airflow design.

Loop Isolation

The secondary and primary loops are isolated via a heat exchanger, easing zoned maintenance and water quality management.

Factory Validated

Pump sets, filtration, and pressure monitoring are commissioned during factory testing.

Actual thermal configuration and efficiency depend on site climate, water availability, and rack power density; final results are subject to project assessment.

Power Delivery Overview

The power chain from utility intake to rack PDU is prebuilt into the module, with on-site connection and protection configured to site conditions.
