M&E systems are assembled and pre-commissioned in the factory, compressing on-site work down to interface connection and integrated testing.

Transformer & Power Distribution Skid

Includes medium/low-voltage distribution and transformers, assembled and commissioned in-factory, ready to connect to the power chain on arrival.

IT Corridor Skid

Supports high-density GPU server racks (cold plate / immersion liquid cooling) with high space utilization and high heat-rejection capacity.

Air Wall / Chilled Water Skid

High-efficiency cooling units are fully prefabricated, greatly reducing on-site pipe welding and commissioning work.

Civil Works & Skids in Parallel

The general contractor completes the building's civil works while the factory simultaneously prefabricates skids, enabling parallel delivery.
